Technical Support Representative
Location: Zaventem, Belgium
Languages Required: German, Dutch, and English
Proclinical is working alongside a global healthcare technology organisation who are committed to improving patient outcomes through innovative diagnostic and medical solutions. As a Technical Support Representative, you will play a key role in supporting healthcare professionals and customers by providing high-quality technical and application assistance.
You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering professional and empathetic support via phone and email. You will troubleshoot technical and application-related issues, take ownership of customer cases, and collaborate with internal specialists when additional expertise is required.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to inbound customer calls and emails regarding diagnostic or medical equipment.
2. Gather relevant information and apply structured troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve issues.
3. Deliver excellent customer support for both technical and application-related enquiries.
4. Use CRM, ticketing, and telephony systems to log, track, and manage customer cases.
5. Collaborate closely with colleagues and technical specialists in a cross-functional team environment.
6. Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership and clear communication with customers.
Key Skills and Requirements:
7. Fluency in German, Dutch, and English (spoken and written) is a requirement.
8. Additional European language skills are advantageous.
9. Previous working history in customer service, helpdesk, technical support, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
10. Basic understanding of technical products, equipment, or systems.
11. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-focused manner.
