Senior HR Business Partner will act as a strategic and operational partner to the business, supporting all HR functions in a hands-on and generalist manner. In addition to ensuring the execution of HR processes and policies, the Senior HRBP will play a leading role in the implementation of projects, development initiatives, engagement actions, and compliance with local regulations, ensuring alignment with regional and global strategies.

Reports to: District HR Manager – South America
Responsibilities
* 1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
o Full-cycle recruitment for internal and external hires.
o Partner with managers to define profiles and negotiate offer packages.
o Ensure a positive onboarding experience, aligned with global standards.
o Support market mapping and employer branding initiatives.
* 2. Learning & Development
o Implement and monitor local and global training programs.
o Support leadership and employee development programs.
o Coordinate knowledge-sharing events and cultural initiatives.
o Monitor and follow up on individual development plans.
* 3. Performance & Talent Management
o Support the global performance cycle and talent programs.
o Provide guidance to managers and employees on career development and feedback.
o Conduct engagement surveys and exit interviews.
* 4. Compensation, Benefits & Payroll
o Support administration of local benefits.
o Liaise with external payroll providers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
o Ensure adherence to labor legislation (vacations, terminations, timekeeping, leaves, etc.).
o Conduct market benchmarking analyses.
o Monitor HR budgets and actual monthly expenses.
* 5. Employee Relations
o Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR matters.
o Ensure compliance with labor laws and ethical standards.
o Provide support on sensitive cases in partnership with legal advisors.
o Conduct exit interviews and follow-up on critical cases.
* 6. Culture & Events
o Design, develop, and lead HR events and initiatives: year-end parties, commemorative dates, ESG actions, and team-building activities.
o Promote employee engagement initiatives and strengthen organizational culture.
o Organize internal knowledge-sharing events and cultural activities (e.g., talks, workshops).
o Foster a positive work environment aligned with ZIM’s values.
* 7. Health, Safety & Compliance
o Liaise with occupational health providers to ensure compliance with NR1 and other legal requirements.
o Oversee occupational health and safety programs: pre-employment, periodic and termination exams, PCMSO and PGR.
o Support internal and external audits (including SOX).
o Ensure compliance with local labor and occupational health standards as well as global HR policies.
* 8. HR Operations & Analytics
o Manage and update HR data in systems (HCM Oracle, ADP or others).
o Extract and analyze HR metrics (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, etc.).
o Prepare HR reports and presentations for regional and global leadership.
o Propose continuous improvements in processes and policies.

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR Management or related fields.
* Experience in multinational companies (nice to have).
* Ability to operate both strategically and operationally.
* Proven experience in project management and HR initiatives implementation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred.
* Advanced English; Spanish desirable.
* 5+ years of HR experience required.
