🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Support the Product team in managing product development workflows, ensuring tasks are organised and on track
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Customer Support, Business Development, Tech) to gather requirements and ensure smooth product operations
* Analyse user feedback, market trends, and internal data to identify opportunities for improvement to our B2B solutions
* Prepare clear documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate insights and progress to stakeholders
* Contribute to maintaining a high standard of execution across product initiatives
* Assist with on-boarding materials and training related to new features and updates
* Help drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in product processes
