We are looking for a Process Analyst/Engineer with strong knowledge of investment products to take end‑to‑end ownership of investor‑related processes in an Agile environment, with a focus on regulatory change and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
* End‑to‑end ownership of processes related to investment products and investor profiling (MiFID declarations, investor and sustainability profiles, renewals)
* Process design, analysis and optimisation across the full investment lifecycle
* Definition and review of business processes and flows together with the Product Owner
* Active contribution to solution design, ideation and change management
* Close collaboration with Business, IT and Go‑to‑Market stakeholders
* Participation in Agile ceremonies and coordination with IT development teams
* Reporting on feature progress and delivery at different organisational levels
Profile
* Minimum 4 years of experience as Process Engineer, Business Analyst or similar
* Solid knowledge xirbnpk of investment products and related business processes
* Experience working in Agile / product‑driven environments
* Strong analytical skills and ability to structure and model processes
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Fluent in English, Dutch and French
* Independent, proactive and solution‑driven
