We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager - Amazon to join our dynamic team. At GigaBrands, we specialize in elevating the online presence of brands on Amazon, and we want someone who is passionate about e-commerce and client success to help us achieve our goals.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their Amazon accounts are thriving. You will implement strategies for growth, optimize product listings, and collaborate with our internal experts to deliver outstanding results.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of 3-4 brands on Amazon, focusing on account health and growth
* Develop and implement optimized listing strategies to enhance visibility and sales
* Monitor account performance daily and provide actionable insights to clients
* Collaborate with internal teams on PPC campaigns, promotional events, and inventory management
* Provide regular updates and reports to clients regarding their account performance and recommendations
* Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table
* 1-3 years of experience in Amazon account management or related fields
* Strong knowledge of Amazon's marketplace, best practices, and tools
* Proven ability to optimize listings and increase visibility and sales
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently
* Familiarity with PPC advertising and performance metrics is a plus
