Job Description
* You are responsible for managing a/the HR project(s) from start to finish/ Go live primarily HR platforms.
* Therefore you manage the project evolution and develop required change measures to make sure the projects deliver the expected results in a cost-efficient manner.
* You are responsible for project scope, - budget and planning.
* You are responsible for managing close relations with all stakeholders including different partners, and for managing/coordinating the work of the project team members (internal and third parties).
* You are responsible for clear agreements with the partners in the projects and follow-up of commitments and realisations.
* You are responsible for the integration (quality and solution) of the different aspects if implemented by distinctive project groups.
* You participate in analysis workshops and ensure the requirements are captured in the blueprint
* You provide the project documentation on planning, communication, UAT, …
* You organize the UAT tests, and you follow-up testing progress and bug fixing. You escalate blocking issues to partners in order to secure the project deadline.
Profil
* Minimum 8 years of project management experience including the implementation of HR software platforms.
* Experience with within Human Resources environment, or with a strong interest in HR processes and employee experience.
* You have a sound experience in project management methodologies, practices and tools.
* You have strong analytical capabilities and ability to detect/ assess dependencies, issues and risks, and able to act and drive for solution.
* You can structure a project with several partners involved. You create project overviews to secure transparency to all stakeholders.
* You have good communication skills and you are a good listener.
* You are fluent in English, Dutch and French.
Informations contractuelles
* Mission is till the end of the year, with a possible extension of 6 months in 2026
Requirements
