The role involves preparing reimbursement dossiers, conducting pricing and reimbursement assessments, managing relationships with healthcare authorities and stakeholders, and supporting the successful commercialization of generic and biosimilar medicines in BelgiumKey responsibilities:Develop and implement market access plans to maximize patient access and reimbursement opportunitiesPrepare and submit reimbursement and pricing dossiers in compliance with local regulationsConduct market research and analysis of competitor activities, pricing trends, reimbursement policies, and healthcare system developmentsCollaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial, and other cross-functional teams to align market access strategies with business objectivesBuild and maintain strong relationships with reimbursement authorities, payers, healthcare stakeholders, and industry organizationsDevelop value propositions, evidence-based reimbursement dossiers, and supporting materials for negotiations and product listingsMonitor market access performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimizationProvide strategic recommendations and guidance on market access, reimbursement, and pricing strategiesSupport reimbursement negotiations and stakeholder engagement activitiesRepresent the organization within industry associations and external forums on market access-related topicsEnsure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and reimbursement requirementsSupport business growth by identifying and addressing market access barriersKey requirements:Bachelor's Degree in a relevant healthcare, scientific, economic, or business disciplineMinimum 5 years' experience in Market Access, Pricing & Reimbursement, Health Economics, or related pharmaceutical functionsStrong knowledge of Belgian healthcare systems and reimbursement frameworksExperience developing reimbursement submissions and market access strategiesExcellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skillsAbility to analyze complex market and reimbursement dataStrong project management and organizational skillsExperience working with cross-functional teams in a pharmaceutical environmentFluency in Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken)Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyStrong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skillsExperience in generics, biosimilars, or specialty pharmaceutical products is highly desirable
