Role Overview
This is a highly strategic role responsible for shaping the future of Pluxee Brazil’s multi‑benefit and payments ecosystem. The position will lead the evolution, monetization, and scalability of the company’s card issuing and payment network products, translating business needs and market opportunities into product capabilities, strategic initiatives, and tangible deliverables. Acting as the owner of the full product lifecycle, including strategy, governance, monetization, performance, pricing, and roadmap definition, this role will play a key part in building and executing Pluxee Brazil’s card network structure while driving the evolution of innovative multi‑benefit solutions. The position will also be responsible for defining product capabilities, KPIs, and commercial models to ensure regulatory, financial, and competitive sustainability, in close partnership with cross‑functional teams.
Your Next Challenge
1. Product Management – Multi‑Benefits (Branded Card Issuing) – Manage the product P&L. Structure the value proposition (benefits, value‑added services, competitive differentiators). Develop and coordinate promotions and campaigns alongside Marketing and Sales teams. Support the sales team in building commercial arguments and product positioning. Assess opportunities for new services and additional monetization streams. Lead strategic planning cycles and the financial roadmap.
2. Product Management – Card Scheme (Payment Network) – Maintain, document, and evolve the payment scheme business rules. Manage fee structures (interchange, scheme fees, incentives). Assess financial and regulatory impacts, with support from specialized internal teams. Monitor the execution of scheme policies. Produce executive reports on results and strategic KPIs.
3. Cross‑Functional Interface – Act as the liaison between Technical Product, IT, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Sales teams. Prioritize product evolution based on financial and regulatory impact analysis. Ensure adherence to applicable regulations and accurate interpretation of market demands. Coordinate the implementation of structural product changes. Participate in executive forums and internal committees.
4. Strategic Planning – Build the product’s multi‑year strategic plan. Conduct economic feasibility analyses for new initiatives. Analyze market benchmarks and payment industry trends.
You’re a Match
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
* Advanced English level (conversational fluency mandatory).
* 2–3 years of experience in payments, banking, fintechs, or similar industries within Product teams, focused on B2B or B2B2C products.
* Experience with card schemes and card issuance (e.g., working with Visa or Mastercard).
* Experience working in cross‑functional environments involving IT, Legal, Sales, and Operations teams.
* Strong analytical skills for building, monitoring, and interpreting business indicators and KPIs.
* Strong knowledge of open payment schemes, interchange structures and monetization models, P&L modeling for payment products, product KPIs (growth, client portfolio, operational, financial).
* Experience in defining pricing strategies and commercial models for payment or card products.
* Knowledge of Power BI a plus.
* Soft skills: innovation mindset, strong communication skills, accountability, influence.
