Various discounts in (web)shops /liliReal international career opportunities /li /ulh3What part will you play in creating the unforgettable? /h3pbWhat You Will Do /b /ppYou will play a strategic and operational role with one clear objective: maximize REVPAR, grow market share and deliver strong commercial results! /ppYou will lead the sales teams, ensuring full alignment with the overall business strategy and revenue objectives. /pulliLead and inspire the sales team, ensuring strong product and service knowledge. /liliDevelop and execute sales strategies across national and international markets. /liliManage and grow key accounts through retention and acquisition, focusing on priority segments. /liliBuild and implement the annual sales action plan. /liliCo‑create and manage the hotel’s budget and forecasts with the GM, Revenue team, and Market Director. /liliRepresent nhow Brussels in local, regional, and international sales activities and events. /liliIdentify priority markets and implement targeted action plans with clear objectives. /liliDrive revenue across rooms, meetings events, and FB, adapting to seasonality. /liliOversee RFP processes, account creation, and financial coordination through SAP tools. /liliLead all site inspections and fam trips. /liliMonitor performance daily and take action to optimize revenue and market share. /liliDeliver structured weekly reporting to leadership through CRM tools or internal reporting systems. /li /ulpbLead Internal Sales Excellence /b /pulliTake full ownership of the internal sales department organization and performance. /liliDefine clear responsibilities and objectives for the team by market segment. /liliEnsure strong conversion rates, focusing on profitability and PL impact. /liliWork closely with Revenue Management on pricing, yield, and negotiation strategies. /liliOversee site inspections, commissions, billing, and debtor follow‑up. /liliEnsure all leads and opportunities are properly tracked and managed in systems. /li /ulh3What makes you the perfect fit for this bold journey? /h3ulliYou are a results‑driven leader with a strong commercial mindset. /liliMinimum 3 years’ experience in a similar leadership role within hospitality (mandatory) /liliStrong financial and business acumen /liliProven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and unify teams /liliStrong knowledge of local and international markets across segments /liliHighly performance‑oriented — you consistently exceed targets /liliStrong negotiation and influencing skills /liliAutonomous, flexible, and adaptable /liliCustomer‑focused with the ability to anticipate needs /liliPositive and resilient under pressure, with strong attention to detail /liliExperience with TMS systems, Onyx Lanyon, CRM and reporting tools is an advantage /liliStrategic thinker with strong analytical and planning capabilities /liliStrong interpersonal skills and team spirit /liliProfessional presentation and excellent communication skills /liliLanguages:Fluent in French, English, and Dutch (mandatory) /li /ulpbWhy nhow Brussels? /b /ppBecause here, performance meets individuality.
