IT Lead
to drive automation, AI integration, and service excellence in a dynamic, multi-vendor environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Operations & Automation
* Lead automation strategies to streamline application management and reduce manual effort
* Integrate AI technologies for predictive maintenance and smarter incident resolution
* Monitor and optimise workflows to meet SLAs and KPIs
Vendor & Contract Management
* Manage large-scale, multi-year contracts with external IT partners
* Drive RFPs, renewals, and benchmarking activities
* Evaluate proposals and ensure compliance with standards and timelines
Performance & Compliance
* Maintain dashboards for skills resilience and training compliance
* Track actions from performance reviews and steering committees
* Oversee invoice validation, budget tracking, and spend visibility
Knowledge Transfer & Audit Support
* Ensure smooth handover from project teams to support functions
* Support internal audits (Quality, Security, etc.)
Your Profile:
* 5+ years in enterprise IT environments
* Proven expertise in Service Management (Incident, Request, Change)
* Strong knowledge of automation platforms and generative AI
* Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration
* Familiarity with GxP and Power BI (or willingness to learn)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Fluent in English
