About the Role
This role sits at the intersection of operations, product, data, and business strategy. You'll own the full operational engine behind key consumption moments for Mid-to-High Value Users — from identifying the right scenarios to building the playbook and executing it end-to-end.
You'll work across Restaurant Ops, Courier Ops, Product, CRM, Customer Experience, and Marketing, requiring strong cross-functional coordination and a bias for action.
What You'll Do
Scenario Identification & Design
Identify, validate, and prioritize core consumption moments for high-value users Build a structured Scenario framework to map demand opportunities and guide development priorities Develop scenario-specific playbooks Conduct competitor scenario analysis to benchmark order share and identify gaps Design and execute user surveys to understand pain points and behavioral drivers Translate data insights into operational actions and strategic recommendations
End-to-End Scenario Operations
Own the full execution cycle: Ideation→kickoff → merchant recruiting → launch → performance tracking → iteration Manage scenario budgets including coupon configuration, subsidiy tracking, and burn control Coordinate with Product, CRM, and App Resources teams to ensure scenario visibility across key resources
Cross-Functional Execution
Partner with Restaurants Team on supply recruitment and co-funded promotions Work with Courier Ops to address gaps impacting scenario-specific user experience Collaborate with Customer Experience to improve NPS for scenario orders Align with Marketing on creative campaigns and co-branded activations Work with Product to develop features that boost campaign and scenario performance Partner with Data/BI teams on dashboards, deep-dives, and actionable insights
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields Experience in operations, growth, or marketing — preferably in food delivery, O2 O, or e-commerce Strong data analysis skills; SQL proficiency required; BI tools experience is a plus Proven ability to manage end-to-end projects across multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments Experience with A/B testing design and results interpretation Strong commercial sense: ability to balance user value, merchant incentives, and platform efficiency Previous food delivery or marketplace experience strongly preferred Comfortable in multicultural, international teams; thrives with ambiguity and autonomy Excellent English communication skills Hands-on ownership mindset — both strategic thinking and execution-level involvement
