Position Summary
We are looking for a new team member to make a difference in the recruitment space. This role is part of our EMEA & LATAM Talent Acquisition team and the wider HR team. The position will be responsible for delivering high‑quality talent with the required skillsets and language requirements necessary to service the LATAM region. The individual will collaborate closely with the local HR business partners and Hiring Managers globally to plan and execute recruitment strategies to establish QuidelOrtho as a destination for top talent.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the recruiting process from end‑to‑end, collaborate in creating staffing plans, developing strategies and implementing action plans related to both candidate sourcing/identification and recruitment process execution.
* Support our leaders in the process and share best practice as a subject‑matter expert in recruitment.
* Maintain current knowledge in business, marketplace, legal and recruitment trends and requirements.
* Initiate and maintain a network of contacts to help identify qualified candidates for hiring needs, and develop sourcing methodologies and strategies to target and identify qualified candidates.
* Manage the data associated with the recruitment process to ensure all relevant data on applicants, the process and the final hiring decision is properly handled in a timely manner.
* Perform other work‑related duties as assigned within the HR scope.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in corporate/agency recruitment.
* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results against clearly defined deadlines.
* Team‑based approach and strong collaboration skills.
* Strong customer and marketplace focus; negotiation and influencing skills; project management and time management.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
* English and Spanish language fluency required.
* Portuguese language is a plus.
* Focus on delivery – take ownership and drive to an end.
