The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space among leading Internet companies. TikTok Shop LATAM operation team aims to deliver high‑quality products with a unique customer experience via TikTok. We build an e‑commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.
As a project intern, you will engage in impactful short‑term projects, gain practical skills through on‑the‑job learning, and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.
Successfully candidates must be able to commit to at least a 3‑month internship period.
Responsibilities
* Support the category team on daily tasks, including data tracking, content analysis, seller follow‑up, and campaign preparation.
* Assist in campaign setup, from coordinating product selection to inputting promotional offers in the backend system.
* Analyze performance of livestreams and videos, generating actionable insights for merchants and internal stakeholders.
* Contribute to creator matchmaking initiatives, helping connect sellers with relevant content creators.
* Assist with seller‑facing operations such as onboarding checklists, educational material creation, and basic seller support.
* Collaborate with different stakeholders across category, operations and creator teams.
* Help coordinate category‑specific initiatives or events when needed.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
* Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in business or a related discipline.
* Familiarity with Figma and/or Canva for simple designs or presentations.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Detail‑oriented, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast‑moving environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Strong interest in digital commerce or marketplace operations.
* Analytical mindset with ability to work with spreadsheets and draw conclusions from data.
* Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
* Passionate about TikTok and creator‑led commerce.
