Nexeo is looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Delivery Lead to support one of our key clients in the banking sector.

You will join a dynamic Agile squad active in the CRM and Marketing Technology domain, playing a pivotal role in ensuring successful delivery, fostering Agile excellence, and supporting the evolution of innovative digital solutions.
As both Scrum Master and Delivery Lead, you will guide the team towards high performance, facilitate collaboration between business and IT stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of business value in a complex and fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities
Agile Leadership
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement)
* Coach the squad on Agile principles, continuous improvement, and self-organization
* Support the Product Owner in backlog management, prioritization, and delivery planning
* Monitor team velocity, capacity, dependencies, and delivery progress
* Remove impediments and protect the team from external disruptions
Delivery Management
* Ensure the successful delivery of CRM and marketing technology initiatives
* Coordinate risks, dependencies, and action plans across stakeholders
* Follow up on incidents and contribute to operational excellence initiatives
* Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes and team performance
* Ensure alignment between business priorities and technical roadmaps
Stakeholder Management
* Act as the bridge between Business, Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and Management
* Facilitate communication and decision-making across multiple stakeholders
* Support knowledge sharing and collaboration within and across teams
* Translate technical challenges into clear business impacts and value
Innovation & Transformation
* Support cloud transformation initiatives and modern application ecosystems
* Contribute to the integration of innovative technologies and AI-driven capabilities
* Promote Agile best practices within the wider organization and communities of practice
Your profile
* Minimum 3 years of experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Lead, or similar role
* Previous experience in an IT role (Developer, Functional Analyst, Tester, Technical Consultant, etc.)
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
* Experience with Jira and Agile reporting tools
* Good understanding of SDLC, testing practices, CI/CD, and IT delivery processes
* Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
* Experience working in complex and matrix organizations
* Banking or financial services experience is a strong asset
