* Degree in engineering or equivalent (electromechanical, maintenance)
* Experience in industrial maintenance
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Hands-on mindset with a field-oriented approach
* Willing to work across multiple sites
* Languages: Fluent French + working knowledge of Dutch
