Are you customer-focused, proactive, and ready to be the first point of contact for our clients?

At TVH, we're looking for a Customer Care Advisor who delivers fast, personal, and high-quality service that makes customers feel supported, valued, and understood. With your problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude, you help us create long-term partnerships and memorable customer experiences.


Your role and responsibilities

As a Customer Care Advisor, you'll:

* Be the first line of support for customer questions, requests, and complaints via multiple channels.

* Take ownership of a defined set of customers, ensuring they always receive timely and adequate support.

* Process customer data and documentation accurately in our systems (e.g. import/export).

* Spot growth opportunities and share insights with sales colleagues to support account planning.

* Guide customers in using our eCommerce platform effectively and autonomously.

* Represent TVH at fairs and events, strengthening customer relationships and showcasing our product portfolio.

* Proactively sell or cross-sell based on your product knowledge, and involve specialized colleagues when needed.

* Contribute ideas to improve processes, tools, and the way we work together.

* Support colleagues by sharing your knowledge and insights.


How to succeed / Your profile

* You're a strong communicator with a customer-first mindset.

* You're solution-driven, persistent, and proactive.

* You can organize your work, set priorities, and handle multiple requests at once.

* You're a true team player, open to collaboration and knowledge sharing.

* You have good language skills (Dutch required, English/French a plus).

* Previous customer care experience is an advantage, but not a must — your attitude is key.
