PRobert Half is currently looking for a trilingual Marketing Assistant English/Fench/Ducth (m/f/x) for a law firm located in Brussels. /pbr /pThis position involves 38 hours /week in a dynamic and corporate environment. /pbr /pThe responsibilities of this position as Marketing Assistant (m/f/x) are: /pulliAs part of our Central Marketing Business Development team, working closely with the legal teams and the assistants in the Brussels office as well as international colleagues based in London and other countries; /liliUpdating and maintaining marketing materials, client presentations, and credentials; /liliSupporting the legal directory and awards submissions process; /liliManaging contact databases (CRM) and mailing lists, credentials database, and intranet; /liliAssisting with internal and external communications, newsletters, and client alerts; /liliCoordinating social media and website updates in collaboration with the global communications team; /liliAssisting with content creation for Brussels LinkedIn and Instagram pages; /liliHelping with the organisation of client activities (in-house and external seminars, webinars and events), from crafting invitations to gathering feedback, ensuring seamless and memorable experiences for all participants; /liliProviding support to expand the client portfolio, from doing background research to creating pitches, presentations and newsletters; /liliSupporting the development and implementation of the marketing activities and profile-raising initiatives for the Brussels office through multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, targeted advertising, legal news sites, etc.); /liliTracking business development opportunities and client engagement activities, ensuring completion of follow-up actions; /liliAssisting in preparing marketing reports and analytics to measure ROI on campaigns, events, and other initiatives; /liliAssisting with budget tracking for marketing and business development activities, including invoice processing and expense monitoring. /li /ulbr /pThe required qualifications for the position of Marketing Assistant (m/f/x) are as follows: /pulliA degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field /lili1 to 2 years of experience in a marketing, communications or business development role (experience in a professional services or law firm is an asset /liliYou have a perfect command of English and good knowledge of Dutch and French, both spoken and written /liliStrong organisational and priority management skills /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems (such as InterAction) and design tools (such as Canva or Adobe InDesign) is a must /liliYou have the maturity to take on final responsibility. /liliYou are a team player with a positive attitude and a thirst for learning, fitting in well with our open and entrepreneurial culture. /liliYou have a proactive, dynamic and practical attitude. /liliYou are articulate and communicative, yet discreet and reliable. /li /ulbr /pOffer from our client: /pulliA well-known, dynamic and corporate working environment; /liliA competitive salary package; /liliA permanent contract for 38 hours /week; /liliExtralegal benefits, including meal vouchers, excellent group and hospitalisation insurance, and fully -refunded travel expenses eco vouchers; /liliPossibility of teleworking after a training period. /li /ulpInterested in this job?
