Our partner, an international technology-driven organization, is looking for a Head of DevOps to lead their DevOps strategy, infrastructure evolution, and platform reliability across highly available systems supporting business-critical services.
Head of DevOps - Role
* Lead the DevOps function, defining and driving strategy across cloud and on-prem environments
* Oversee design, deployment, and operations of highly available Linux-based hybrid infrastructures
* Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and CI/CD using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps practices
* Manage AWS/Azure/GCP platforms alongside on-prem datacenter infrastructure
* Ensure reliability, scalability, security, and strong observability (monitoring, logging, incident response)
* Collaborate with Security, Engineering, and IT to align infrastructure with business needs
* Drive continuous improvement, DevOps culture, and operational maturity across teams
* Lead decisions on containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and orchestration strategies
Head of DevOps - Profile
* 5–10 years of experience in DevOps, Linux engineering, system administration, or infrastructure roles
* Proven experience in hybrid environments (cloud + on-prem)
* Strong expertise in Linux systems (RHEL-based environments preferred)
* Solid knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, networking, and distributed systems
* Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
* Previous experience in a technical leadership or senior engineering role
* Fluent in English and French (mandatory)
* Strong communication and leadership skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and performance
