What you will do:
* Define tasks and evolutions
* Backlog maintenance
* Prioritise tasks by business value
* Define acceptance criteria
* Coordinate and assist the team
* Giving global vision of the product evolution
Required skills:
* Technical affinity to digital Front- and API solutions mandatory
* Capability to understand Architecutral Decision Records, Flow Charts and Network Diagrams mandatory.
* Knowledge of standard log-in and authentication solutions highly appreciated, but no mandatory
* Knowledge of CRM- and SAMBA landscape highly appreciated, but no mandatory
* Trackspace & Docspace (Jira)
* Miro board
* sAFE methodology (Agile)
* Experience in large projects
* Technologies Team3 works with: Cognigy and Genesys
* Very good command of the English language
