PpWe are looking for an experienced, commercially driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) with strong expertise in biGaming operations across Latin America /b to lead and scale operational performance across multiple markets. /p pThis is a strategic leadership role for an executive who understands the complexities of operating within regulated and emerging gaming markets, has extensive experience managing cross-functional teams, and can drive sustainable growth through operational excellence, market expansion, and performance optimisation. /p pThe successful candidate will play a key role in shaping business strategy, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring alignment between commercial objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer experience. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and oversee all operational functions across LATAM markets, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and performance. /li liDevelop and execute operational strategies aligned with company growth objectives. /li liDrive revenue growth through optimisation of customer acquisition, retention, CRM, VIP, payments, and customer support operations. /li liManage market expansion initiatives across regulated and emerging LATAM jurisdictions. /li liCollaborate closely with executive leadership to define and implement strategic priorities. /li liMonitor operational KPIs to identify opportunities for process improvement and performance enhancement. /li liEnsure compliance with local regulatory frameworks and responsible gaming requirements. /li liOversee budgets, forecasting, resource allocation, and operational planning. /li liBuild, mentor, and lead high-performing international teams. /li liFoster strong collaboration between Product, Marketing, CRM, Compliance, Finance, Payments, Risk, and Customer Operations teams. /li liEstablish operational best practices and scalable processes to support business growth. /li liManage relationships with key external partners, suppliers, and stakeholders across the LATAM region. /li liProvide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to the executive team and shareholders. /li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 ul liProven experience as a COO, Operations Director, General Manager, Country Manager, or senior operational leader within the iGaming industry. /li liStrong operational leadership experience across LATAM markets. /li liDeep understanding of the online casino and sportsbook ecosystem. /li liDemonstrated experience managing multi-country operations and geographically distributed teams. /li liStrong commercial and analytical mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency. /li liExperience working within regulated gaming environments. /li liStrong understanding of customer lifecycle management, CRM, payments, risk, compliance, and player operations. /li liExperience leading large cross-functional teams in fast-paced, international environments. /li liAbility to balance strategic planning with hands‑on operational execution. /li liExcellent stakeholder management and leadership skills. /li liFluent English required; Spanish is essential.
