Within our advanced semiconductor FAB environment, operations run 24/7 and rely heavily on accurate workforce planning, shift scheduling, and time registration. In parallel, our HR organization ensures compliant, efficient, and employee‑friendly processes.
As part of our ongoing transformation, including multi‑country expansion and new entity setups, we are looking for an ICT Functional Analyst to support and optimize workforce management processes across HR and FAB operations.
What you will do Joining the Corporate Services Team within our ICT organization, you will act as the bridge between
HR, FAB operations, and IT, with a strong focus on workforce management solutions:
Collaborate with HR stakeholders and FAB operational teams to gather and translate requirements into scalable functional solutions.
Configure and support the Shift planning solution, ensuring alignment with business needs, labor laws, and 24/7 operational requirements.
Handle complex shift models (e.g. rotating shifts, night work, standby/on‑call) and ensure system support for these scenarios.
Participate in testing cycles, validate configurations and integrations, and ensure a robust and future‑proof architecture.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders for application support, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.
Work closely with colleagues and partners to integrate the workforce solution with other systems.
Drive standardization while respecting local and operational differences between corporate HR and FAB environments.
Establish technical ownership of the Shift plan solution by developing comprehensive expertise in workforce management and its technical implementation within the workforce solution.

Who you are
You hold at least a bachelor's degree in ICT or a master's degree in (industrial) engineering, TEW, or commercial engineering.
You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in ICT functional analysis, preferably within HR, workforce management, or time & attendance systems.
Experience with a workforce management tools is a strong plus.
You have a strong affinity with process design, especially in scheduling, labor rules, and workforce optimization.
You are comfortable working in a complex, operationally critical environment where planning accuracy is key.
You understand the importance of legal compliance (working hours, overtime, shift rules) in system design.
Adhering to ICT governance processes and templates is second nature to you.
You have excellent communication skills and can collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
You are fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is a strong advantage.
