Your Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer support to Flemish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
* Assist customers with inquiries related to telecommunication products and services, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently.
* Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve service level targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to improve product knowledge and service skills.
Requirements
* Fluency in Flemish (written and spoken) is essential.
* A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
* Previous experience in customer support or the telecommunications industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
