We are currently seeking an experienced Brazil, driving market development and the successful delivery of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead business development efforts by developing new markets and expanding existing ones
* Drive the end-to-end implementation of our solution, from initial planning and opportunity analysis through execution and delivery
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction, successful project outcomes, and the creation of case studies and testimonials
* Promote long-term customer retention and generate repeat business opportunities
* Act as the local ambassador for the company, representing our technology with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Profile & Experience
* At least 10 years of experience in infrastructure project management within the civil engineering sector, with a strong preference for road and/or railway construction
* Proven track record of working with construction companies, contractors, supervisors, engineering firms, project managers, and government authorities
* Deep understanding of infrastructure project cost structures, with the ability to identify where our solution delivers maximum value
* Established professional network with the ability to open doors and expand business reach
* Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and gain trust through professional expertise
* A natural people person — attentive, detail-oriented, approachable, and relationship-driven
Additional Requirements
* Willingness to travel extensively, including site visits, for approximately 50% of the role
* Licensed Civil Engineer — mandatory
