As an Implementation Analyst, you'll turn customer needs into working software solutions. You'll gather requirements, configure our platform, support testing, and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and customers to deliver successful implementations.

From translating requirements into clear specifications to configuring solutions and validating new features, you'll help ensure customers get maximum value from the Harmoney platform.
🚀 What you'll do
* Gather and analyse customer requirements
* Translate business needs into user stories and Jira tickets
* Configure the Harmoney platform to support customer use cases
* Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams
* Own testing and validation before customer acceptance
* Identify and resolve functional issues
* Create user guides and knowledge-base documentation
* Guide customers towards scalable product solutions
🧩 You'll thrive in this role if you...
* Have 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role
* Enjoy solving complex problems and turning ambiguity into structure
* Are comfortable working with Jira and Confluence
* Have a strong interest in SaaS products and software delivery
* Speak fluent English and native-level Dutch or French
* Love learning, collaborating, and taking ownership
Nice to have
* Experience with REST APIs, Postman, or browser DevTools
* Experience with software testing and quality assurance
* Experience in banking, insurance, or compliance
* Interest in AI tools and automation
