JOB TITTLE: Visual Merchandiser Luxury Grouping (based in Benelux) - temporary contract
Reports to: 360 Marketing Manager
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for all visual branding and store design of the brand in store throughout the Benelux.
2. Participates to the elaboration of the merchandising plans, in accordance with the global marketing strategy. He/she is in charge of the execution of this plan. Work in close collaboration with 360 Marketing Executive and Trade Executive.
3. Ensures the coordination between all parties (both internal and external) to optimize the implementation of the (international) merchandising guidelines.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Permanent and Launch Merchandising
4. Follow-up on permanent update
5. Manage new product launches updates
6. Support implementation of POS material in the field
7. Shipping coordination
8. Develop planograms with international
In-store Design
Coordinate in-store design projects with all stakeholders: affiliate store design team, international offices, retailers, shopfitters, sales team.
Budget Management
Draw up the budget and keep costs within allocated budget
Check monthly expenditures and explain variances vs budget
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Higher education degree (marketing oriented) and demonstrates ideally a first working experience. Preferably, this experience has been acquired in the cosmetics & beauty products and/or the luxury industry.
REQUIRED LANGUAGES:
French and English (spoken and written), Dutch is an asset
