* Manage the daily office operations (reception, suppliers, maintenance, workspace organization, and materials)
* Coordinate IT setup for new employees and follow up on onboarding processes
* Support financial activities (invoice validation, PO tracking, vendor follow-up)
* Draft and communicate internal announcements
* Organize team events and offsites (including logistics and budget monitoring)
* Ensure safety and compliance (first aid, fire safety, training coordination)
* Act as the first point of contact for visitors and external partners
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (office/facilities management is a plus)
* Experience in a similar role within an international environment
* Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
* Fluent in English and preferably Dutch (knowledge of French is a plus)
* Proficient in MS Office and digital tools
* Basic IT knowledge and comfortable coordinating with technical partners
* Experience with vendor management and budget follow-up
* Discreet, autonomous, and solution-oriented
* Knowledge of workplace safety and compliance
