ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a highly driven and sharp Paid Media Specialist to join our team and lead performance strategies for some of the most iconic luxury brands in the world.
This is not a role for execution only. We want someone who thinks fast, challenges the status quo, and drives real business impact through media.
You will own campaigns end-to-end, working across strategy, execution, and client communication, in a fast- paced, high-expectation environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Own and execute full-funnel paid media strategies across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest
* Continuously optimize performance with a strong focus on efficiency, scale, and impact
* Manage budget allocation, pacing, and forecasting with precision
* Analyze performance deeply and turn data into clear, actionable insights
* Lead client conversations, presenting results, insights, and strategic recommendations
* Identify opportunities for growth, testing, and innovation
* Work closely with internal teams to deliver best-in-class execution
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* 3+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Media (agency experience is a plus)
* Strong expertise across Google Ads and Paid Social platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
* Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
* Fast thinker and problem-solve, able to act quickly and make smart decisions
* Highly analytical, with a strong attention to detail
* Comfortable in a client-facing role with excellent communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Bonus Points If You
* Have experience with luxury, fashion, or premium brands
* Have worked with e-commerce and/ or performance-driven clients
* Are familiar with Amazon, SEO, or advanced tracking (GA4)
