Organize, direct and coordinate the work of the team under your charge. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liMake department schedules and shifts. /li liRecruitment and selection of personnel in charge /li liCheck the lists of reservations of the day, modifications, and cancellations. /li liAllocation of rooms and groups /li liManagement of credit billing, electronic billing and claiming payments. /li liPreparation of settlements and deposits to the Bank. /li liManagement of claims, complaints, and forgetfulness /li liReservation management, overbooking management, and diversions /li liCash register and billing management /li liVIPS management /li liCheck the room rack with the HK Manager during the day. /li liMaintain the internal incident book /li liPreparation of events service sheet /li liQuote for reservations, groups, and tour operations. /li liClaim for invoices pending collection (credits) /li liRevenue Management Activities: Closing and opening of sales, requesting online price changes. /li liCommunity Manager Actions: Response to comments and criticism on online platforms /li /ul pYour profile: /p ul liMinum 5 years experience as a Recepcionist in hotels 4* /li liFluent in English Spanish and French (additional languages are a plus) /li liImpeccable presentation and communication skills /li liExperience with hotel PMS systems SAP will be a plus /li liFriendly, proactive, and committed to guest satisfaction /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liBe part of an international company /li liCareer plan /li licompetitive salary /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
