Business Development Manager - Luxaflex
Hunter Douglas is the world’s leading manufacturer of window coverings and a major manufacturer of architectural products. We are searching for candidates that are driven, intelligent, creative, and entrepreneurial. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager - Luxaflex to drive commercial growth across the Belgian market. Conduct in-depth market analysis of the Belgian insect screen and outdoor markets
Drive coordinated market development across multiple brands (including Luxaflex, Artex, Multisol, and Zonnelux)
Manage and develop both internal and external sales teams
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field
Proven experience in business development, sales management, or commercial leadership (typically 5–10 years)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Inspires teams with a clear vision and strong ownership mindset
