As a Recruiter you will be responsible for:
* Source, screen, and interview candidates.
* Understand client needs and match candidates to roles.
* Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
* Provide expert advice and support to both clients and candidates.
A successful Recruiter should have/be:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in recruitment or HR.
* Fluent in English and Dutch.
* Results-driven with a passion for people and recruitment.
* Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
