As part of its digital transformation, our client is launching a key project to migrate network drives to SharePoint Online, within the broader deployment of the Microsoft 365 environment. Beyond a simple data transfer, this project involves rethinking existing document architectures — historically built around technical folder structures — and evolving them toward process-oriented and business-driven information architectures. In this context, our clinet is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support business teams, IT, and governance stakeholders in defining and implementing the target document management model.br/

bKey Responsibilities /bbr/
- Analyse current document management practices and network drive usage (AS-IS).br/
- Gather and understand business processes (HR, Quality, Finance, Compliance, Engineering, Procurement, IT) and their associated document workflows.br/
- Model key document processes AS-IS and TO-BE using the appropriate level of formalism (BPMN standard).br/
- Define a target information architecture in SharePoint Online, aligned with Data governance principles and the client#39;s framework.br/
- Translate business needs into actionable functional requirements for IT (specifications, user stories).br/
- Support key users and contribute to the sustainable adoption of new document management practices.br/

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on digital transformation, document migration, or information management projects.br/
- Experience working in multi-business and high document-volume environments.br/
- Background in an industrial, regulated, or international group context is a strong asset.br/
- Experience with SharePoint Online migration projects is a strong asset.br/
