They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Research Engineer to join their team, with a focus on building advanced AI systems powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). The successful candidate will play a key role in designing multi-agent systems capable of complex reasoning, collaboration, and creative problem-solving.
Responsibilities
1. Design and develop multi-agent AI systems leveraging LLMs for advanced problem-solving and content generation.
2. Utilize leading frameworks (e.g., LangChain) to build, test, and deploy autonomous, collaborative AI agents.
3. Research and implement novel interaction and collaboration strategies (e.g., debate, cooperation) to boost system creativity and performance.
4. Develop and integrate advanced knowledge management and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions to ensure factual accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
5. Stay current with emerging technologies in NLP, LLMs, AI agents, and knowledge retrieval.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into products and services.
7. Benchmark, evaluate, and iteratively optimize AI agent systems between simulation results and fabrication feasibility.
Requirements
8. Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related field (with focus on NLP/LLMs).
9. Hands-on project experience in building AI agents or multi-agent systems using LLMs.
10. Strong programming expertise in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
11. Deep understanding of transformer architectures (e.g., GPT, BERT).
12. Experience with agent-building frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
13. Knowledge of vector databases, knowledge graphs, information extraction, or question-answering systems.
14. Practical experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) methods.
15. Track record of research excellence, demonstrated through peer-reviewed publications.
16. Familiarity with software engineering best practices and scalable system development.
17. Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
