You will manage transactions across multiple assets. This position offers an opportunity to combine analytical rigor with commercial insight, positioning you as a trusted advisor in the Belgian real estate market. /p ul liBusiness Development: Build and nurture client relationships, identify new opportunities, and position yourself as a trusted advisor and emerging leader within the market. /li liTransaction Management: Take ownership of investment transactions, with a primary focus on mid- to large-scale and complex deals across various asset classes, ensuring efficient execution and value creation. /li liClient Advisory: Advise clients confidently on pricing, marketing, negotiation, and transaction strategy. Introduce process improvements to enhance client experience and optimize deal outcomes. /li liReporting Presentations: Lead client presentations and prepare investment reports, delivering insights that combine commercial acumen with innovative problem-solving approaches. /li liCollaboration: Work proactively with internal teams (agency, valuation, research) to streamline workflows and deliver integrated solutions. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience and Real Estate Market Expertise: + 5 years of experience in capital markets, investment advisory or real estate transactions in Belgium. /li liNetworking and Interpersonal Skills: ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders. /li liEducation: Degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or related field. /li liCommercial skill: tenacity and drive to seek new business. /li liNegotiation Skills: able to negotiate effectively in complex deals. /li liFinancial Analysis: a thorough understanding of the financial aspects of real estate transactions, including financial analysis, investment valuation and deal structuring.
