You will manage transactions across multiple assets. Introduce process improvements to enhance client experience and optimize deal outcomes. /li liReporting Presentations: Lead client presentations and prepare investment reports, delivering insights that combine commercial acumen with innovative problem-solving approaches. /li liCollaboration: Work proactively with internal teams (agency, valuation, research) to streamline workflows and deliver integrated solutions. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience and Real Estate Market Expertise: + 5 years of experience in capital markets, investment advisory or real estate transactions in Belgium. /li liNetworking and Interpersonal Skills: ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders. /li liEducation: Degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or related field. /li liCommercial skill: tenacity and drive to seek new business. /li liNegotiation Skills: able to negotiate effectively in complex deals. /li liFinancial Analysis: a thorough understanding of the financial aspects of real estate transactions, including financial analysis, investment valuation and deal structuring.
