Introduce process improvements to enhance client experience and optimize deal outcomes. /lilibReporting Presentations: /b Lead client presentations and prepare investment reports, delivering insights that combine commercial acumen with innovative problem-solving approaches. /lilibCollaboration: /b Work proactively with internal teams (agency, valuation, research) to streamline workflows and deliver integrated solutions. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ullibExperience and Real Estate Market Expertise: /b +5 years of experience in capital markets, investment advisory or real estate transactions in Belgium. /lilibNetworking and Interpersonal Skills: /b ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders. /lilibEducation: /b Degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or related field. /lilibCommercial skill: /b tenacity and drive to seek new business. /lilibNegotiation Skills: /b able to negotiate effectively in complex deals. /lilibFinancial Analysis: /b a thorough understanding of the financial aspects of real estate transactions, including financial analysis, investment valuation, and deal structuring.
