Claims operations, quality control & governance manager

Responsibilities

* Review business processes and company policies to help improve workflow.
* Work with managers to review workflows and departmental tasks based on company needs.
* Collaborate with Claims teams to help find ways to create efficient processes that will generate value for our services.
* Deliver a monthly management report on projects, analyzing deadlines, financial gains, and quality.
* Create methodologies for calculating project savings.
* Oversee the claims process from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate claim handling.
* Develop and implement claims management strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies, conducting audits and implementing corrective actions as necessary.


Qualifications

* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Proven work experience as an Operations Manager, Production Manager, or in a similar role.
* Solid experience with Lean Six Sigma.
* In-depth knowledge of process improvement, organizational efficiency, and quality control.
* Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis.
* Familiarity with tools for process management and mapping, project management, workflow automation and data analysis.
* Knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and productivity.
* Ability to motivate, develop, and manage operational teams.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees, suppliers, and senior management.
* Willingness to overcome challenges, manage crises, and make decisions under pressure.
