Position Overview Are you an experienced technical professional looking for a role where you can deepen your expertise and work with innovative EV charging technology? Blink is seeking a Product Support Engineer with around 3 years of experience to support our Belgium team. In this position, you will develop strong product knowledge, provide technical assistance to internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to testing, diagnostics, and continuous product improvement. Here's What You'll Do: As a Product Support Engineer, you’ll act as a key technical point of contact, collaborate closely with sales, Level 2 support, and engineering teams, and support the testing, validation, and troubleshooting of Blink’s hardware and software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Participate in training to become proficient with Blink’s EV charging products. Support internal teams by addressing technical questions and creating clear documentation. Collaborate with sales and Level 2 support on customer-facing technical topics. Contribute to hardware, firmware, and platform testing and validation. Perform diagnostics, fault analysis, and troubleshooting using provided tools. Maintain accurate records and assist in updating the technical knowledge base. What You Bring to the Table: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. Approximately 3 years of relevant technical experience, ideally in electromechanics, hardware systems, or similar environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. A structured approach and ability to adapt to new technologies. Familiarity with electromechanical systems, power electronics, or EV charging. Experience with diagnostics, testing, or validation environments. Understanding of hardware or firmware evaluation is a plus.
