Control System Manager / Director - AMAZONHamme, Belgium | Industrial Automation | Mechatronics | PLC | Team LeadershipAre you an experienced Controls System Manager / Director who enjoys combining hands-on technical depth with people management?This is an opportunity to lead a team of talented System Development and Controls Engineers working on advanced mechatronic automation solutions used in large-scale fulfilment and delivery operations.In this role, you will guide engineering teams that develop and improve automation systems across areas such as packaging, labelling, sortation, material handling and conveyor technologies. You will work at the intersection of hardware, software, controls engineering and operational excellence.This is not a traditional IT management role.
