Your Mission As an HR Assistant, you ensure efficient HR administration with a strong focus on Hard HR, payroll, and reporting, while supporting key HR projects. Hard HR & Payroll Management : Manage payroll for Head Office and Hotel General Managers Administer employee contracts, amendments, and social documents Monitor absences, leave, and employee records Ensure compliance with Belgian labor legislation Support social audits when required Reporting & Compliance Prepare and analyze monthly HR reports and KPIs (headcount, labour costs, absenteeism, etc.) Prepare documentation for Works Council meetings HR projects & Office Support Support HR structuring, digitalization, and process optimization projects Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and continuous improvement Provide administrative support to the Head Office when required Participate in recruitment projects Office management
