Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Strategy
* End-to-End Management: Lead multiple high‑complexity projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
* Proactive Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk management strategies.
* Global Synergy: Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between cross‑functional teams (Creative, Design, Production) across different geographies.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
* Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main liaison for clients and key stakeholders, proactively managing expectations and resolving issues promptly.
* High‑Level Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive progress reports to senior management, highlighting milestones, critical risks, and potential solutions.
Operational Excellence
* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for optimization and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance consistency and quality.
* Continuous Improvement Culture: Conduct post‑project evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for future growth.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
* Inspirational Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, fostering a high‑performance, collaborative, and innovative work environment.
* Resource Optimization: Coordinate with global teams to ensure effective resource utilization and alignment with project goals.
Who are we looking for?
* English Fluency: Professional fluency (written and verbal) is required to operate in our global environment. Additional languages are a plus.
* Proven Track Record: Solid experience as a Project Manager Director, preferably within a global agency, multinational production house, or tech company.
* Mental Agility: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
* Technical Toolkit: Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello, Jira) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean).
* Business Acumen: Strong commercial sense and the ability to negotiate project terms and scope changes effectively.
