Job Description
As a team leader, you’ll be present at matches, training camps, and/or tournaments, and occasionally at training sessions. These take place at the youth complex itself, but also away from home. You’ll support the sports staff before, during, and after training and matches. Your work area combines several aspects. See below.
* Administration. Completing match sheets, following up on accident reports, and maintaining certain match notes (e.g., substitutions, goals, cards).
* Communication. You play a central role in communication between players and the club and act as a point of contact for players and parents during training sessions and matches.
* Logistics. Preparing match equipment, monitoring clothing distribution, and receiving the opposing team’s delegation
* Educational. Interacting with the players and teaching them certain norms and values, working on team building and locker room atmosphere.
Your Profile
* Given the specific context of entering the locker rooms of a team consisting of girls, we are preferably looking fora woman.
* You have experience inmentoring young people and/or a pedagogical background and can providea recent certificate of good conductin this regard.
* You havea positive and problem-solving attitude(hands on mentality).
* You have a greatsense of responsibility.
* You havestrong communication skills, make contacts easily and you speak Dutch and French fluently; beingbilingualis a requirement.
* You radiate the values of the RSCA training program (AS A CHAMPIONon and off the field).
* You are enthusiastic and you motivate the group of players to form a close-knit team.
* Of course you are also ateam playeryourself, but you canwork autonomously as well.
We offer
The delegate operates under a volunteer status. They receive a clothing package so they can present themselves uniformly during various activities.
In addition, there is also the opportunity to reserve tickets that give access to the home games of the RSC Anderlecht men’s team.
