Key Responsibilities
Complex calendar management and coordination of management meetings
Organization of internal and external meetings (logistics, preparation of materials, follow-up)
Scheduling meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Inbox management (screening, prioritizing, drafting responses when needed)
Preparation of meetings (agendas, documents, minutes, and follow-up on action points)
Organization of domestic and international business travel (bookings, itineraries, logistics)
Support with expense management
Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Welcoming visitors and organizing on-site meetings
Coordination of catering and meeting logistics
Providing ad hoc support on projects and operational follow-ups
Handling confidential information with a high level of discretion

Minimum 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
Excellent command of English (C1 level minimum), French is a plus
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills
Experience in an international or multicultural environment

OfferContract & Work Type
Initial contract: 6-month temporary contract with the possibility of becoming permanent (CDI).
Work schedule: Full-time.

Remote Work Policy
