Overview
PM Group are seeking an experienced Mechanical Piping Supervisor to join our pharma construction project team in Ghent, Belgium.

Responsibilities
1. Supervise piping installation teams across process utilities, clean utilities, and pharmaceutical piping systems
2. Ensure quality installation of stainless steel, carbon steel, and high-purity piping systems
3. Conduct piping inspections, dimensional checks, and weld quality assessments
4. Coordinate with HVAC, mechanical, and electrical trades for integrated system installation
5. Manage piping material logistics, storage, and inventory control
6. Oversee testing, flushing, and pre-commissioning activities
7. Report progress and quality metrics to Construction Manager and Package Owners
8. Ensure compliance with EU GMP requirement
Qualifications
9. Supervisory experience in piping construction, preferably within pharmaor process manufacturing environments
10. Strong knowledge of piping regulations, safety standards, and pharma industry requirements for sterile systems
11. Experience with pharma manufacturing facility piping systems, hygienic design principles, and sterile processes
12. Understanding of GMP requirements for piping systems including documentation, testing, and validation protocols
13. Proven ability to manage construction teams and coordinate complex technical installations in regulated environments
14. Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related technical discipline
15. Proficiency in English + Dutch and/or French advantageous
