Coach managers, support teams, and help unlock performance and growth
Co-create global frameworks, processes, and tools together with the other people in the team at the group headquarters in Uppsala, Sweden.
Co-own the HRM system (Hailey) and help build scalable workflows
Join international HR projects that impact the whole company and drive “one company” integration across markets
PERSONAL QUALITIES
Passionate about creating environments where people and teams thrive
Bachelor or Master degree
~6-8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP roles
~ Profound knowledge of Belgian labor law and understand French labor law
~ Fluency in Dutch, English and French
~ You are data-savvy, curious, and comfortable challenging the status quo.
International exposure and cross-country teamwork.
