Title: IT Business Analyst – Energy Sector
Description: We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to support projects in the energy sector, a highly regulated environment where compliance and precision are essential. The role involves analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting IT solution implementation aligned with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to shape IT solutions.
* Define project goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
* Analyse and document AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
* Gather and document business and functional requirements.
* Perform data analysis and reporting to support decisions.
* Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
* Recommend IT solutions and support design, testing, and validation.
* Maintain clear documentation of findings and decisions.
* Oversee IT project implementation and ensure compliance.
* Provide training and support for new systems.
Requirements:
* Experience as an IT Business Analyst.
* Fluent in French or Dutch, plus English.
* Experience in Agile environments.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
Nice to Have:
* Knowledge of finance processes from an IT perspective.
* SAP experience.
* Familiarity with Sparx Enterprise Architect.
* Experience in regulated industries (energy, utilities, finance).
* BPMN diagram proficiency.
