Field Marketing Specialist
Qualifications
* Graduate in Marketing or a related field
* Knowledge in creating, executing, and analyzing B2B Digital Marketing strategies
* Knowledge and management of Social Media
* At least 5 years of experience working as Field Marketing for B2B companies
* Experience using marketing platforms: Marketo or Eloqua
* Decision‑making skills based on data analysis and special tools such as Tableau
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
* Experience using reports and tracking campaigns with a CRM
* Understanding of the B2B Technology business (desired)
Responsibilities
* Execution tactics for account‑based marketing, including ABM platforms
* Collaborate with the LATAM marketing team to create content strategies, plan and execute multichannel programs (emails, webinars, events, digital, direct mail, etc.)
* Create data‑driven marketing plans with project management and team collaboration to drive clear accountability and a results‑oriented mindset
* Create, manage, and analyze B2B Digital Marketing strategies
* Manage agencies for the execution of demand generation or loyalty events, public relations, and graphic design
* Analyze data, ROI, and business impact of all marketing campaigns
* Present results and trends to sales and marketing leaders
* Use the MarTech platform
* Acquire basic knowledge and understanding of Trend Micro’s Cybersecurity Platform and obtain all sales certifications
Key Metrics
* Increase the number of qualified leads by 20% within the first 8 months
* Increase event attendance by 25%
* Increase sales attributed to field marketing activities by 20%
* Conversion rate of leads to sales
* Increase customer engagement metrics (e.g., email open rates, click‑through rates)
* Cost per lead and cost per acquisition
