Key Responsibilities:
* Independently assemble, disassemble, and maintain molds to ensure they are production-ready.
* Repair hydraulic cylinders and create flexible hoses for hydraulic and gas applications.
* Conduct fine mechanical work and apply simple sandblast structures.
* Diagnose and propose technical improvements for defective molds.
* Occasionally engage in turning, milling, and grinding tasks with training provided when necessary.

The ideal candidate for the Mold Technician role possesses:
* A Bachelor’s degree in electromechanics or an A2 in mechanics with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
* Experience in a production environment, especially in machining operations such as turning, grinding, and milling.
* Strong technical insight and a passion for mechanics.
* Basic knowledge of electricity.
* Resilience under pressure and willingness to work in a two-shift system after the training period.
* Good knowledge of English or Dutch.
