Position Title: Used Car Sales Specialist
Location: Pozuelo, Madrid, Spain
Department: Used Car Sales
Purpose of role: Develop MG Remarketing platform to manage sales of used cars to B2B channel in MG Remarketing Spain
Responsibilities:
1.Manage buy back defleeting with Rent a Car companies:
* Arrange compound logistics and transport.
* Organize remarketing suppliers for compound check-in, appraisals, repairs, etc.
* Manage invoicing damages, missing items or missing maintenance to RACs
* Validate invoices from supplier service
2.Prepare ready for sale.
* Follow remarketing process to prepare vehicles for sale with minimum resources and best time to sale
* Validate invoices from supplier service
3.Control of live fleet in all status, assist in fleet audits.
4.Selling process.
* Assist in preparing weekly auctions and sales in the selling platform including price setting process.
* Prepare customized sales for specific customers (MG dealers)
* Prepare actions to promote sales and achieve targets
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sector within OEMs, operating leasing companies or rent a car business, preferably in Engineering roles.
* Degree in Engineering (preferably with an automotive focus).
* Proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
* Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
* Familiarity with AI-based tools to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
* Strong results orientation, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in multicultural environments.
* Valid Spanish driving license.
