o Using AI, external & internal data sources drive the increase of data quality for the main Customer Data attributes.
Customer 360 insights
o PowerBI Dashboard combining internal and external data sources to provide a holistic over-view of our customer base. This would become the reference for the Customer Insights com-munity and the go-to internal tool for Commercial Customer Data.
o Agentic-optimized data model, compatible with Copilot, to allow end-users to interact with the data via enhanced Copilot-AI capabilities.
Customer size classification
o Classification of customers based on potential total logistic spend (TLS) and engagement with organisation.
o Identification of customers with growth potential
o Integration of a customer size classification methodology in the regular governance process
