We design, deliver, implement and support solutions within the Microsoft 365 technology stack, including Microsoft Copilot, but also other services like SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Planner, Power Platform, and increasingly: custom AI agents and intelligent automation. /p h3What will you be doing? /h3 ul liAnalyze how AI solutions fit (or don’t fit) within client enterprise architectures and operating models. /li liConduct workshops to understand the real problem before anyone starts building. /li liChallenge requirements: when a client asks for X, determine whether X is actually what they need. /li liTranslate business needs into functional specifications that technical teams can execute. /li liManage product backlogs and delivery priorities when embedded in project teams. /li liFacilitate alignment between IT, business stakeholders, and C‑level decision makers. /li liIdentify where AI adds value—and where it does not (saying “no” is part of the job). /li liShare knowledge with colleagues in communities and team meetings. /li /ul h3Is there a match? /h3 ul liMust‑have: 5+ years of experience in functional analysis, business architecture, or enterprise architecture within B2B contexts. /li liExperience navigating complex stakeholder landscapes (IT, business, and C‑level). /li liAbility to think in systems, not features—you understand how pieces connect. /li liBackground in Digital Workplace is a plus /li liExposure to AI or automation projects. /li liFluency in both Dutch and English is important. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
