Ph3Your Mission /h3 ul liLead multidisciplinary Systems Engineering (SE) activities across Requirements Verification, Interface Definition ConOps functions. /li liProvide technical leadership, mentorship, and direction to SE teams supporting complex aerospace and defense programs. /li liLead major technical reviews including SRR, SFR, PDR, and CDR, ensuring deliverables meet program and customer requirements. /li liManage system architecture, interface control, requirements development, verification validation, and technical trade studies for custom hardware/software systems. /li liOversee risk and opportunity management, maintaining mitigation plans and status reporting to program leadership. /li liSupport proposal development, Basis of Estimate (BOE) activities, cost estimating, and schedule forecasting. /li liApply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies using Cameo or similar tools. /li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and lessons learned activities. /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related STEM field with 10+ years of relevant aerospace/defense experience; or Master’s degree with 8+ years of experience. /li liExperience across the systems engineering lifecycle, including requirements, management, system architecture, interface control, verification validation, and technical review leadership. /li liExperience leading engineering teams on complex defense or aerospace programs involving custom hardware and/or software systems. /li liProficiency with Polarion and MBSE tools such as CAPELLA. /li liExperience with EVM, technical risk management, and trade study analysis. /li /ul h3What You Can Expect /h3 ul liFuture opportunities will allow you to discover other domains or sites, evolve and grow competencies in different areas. /li liRoom and attention to personal development. /li liBuild your talents in another domain of Thales Group, discovering new products, new customers, new countries or go to a more complex solution. /li liBuild an international career within a leading Engineering Group. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
